Conference Venue The conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) which is a five star hotel with all modern facilities. Located in the heart of the new commercial district on Shaikh Zayed Road, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and 10 minutes away from major shopping centres, including the famous Mall of the Emirates, home to Ski Dubai. Dubai is a cosmopolitan city which is advancing at a phenomenal pace and receiving international acclaim for its growth and development. In addition to being the commercial hub of the Middle East, Dubai is a major tourist destination with more than 6 million visitors in 2007. Renown for its shopping, and leisure and entertainment activities, the city is also a unique blend of modern and traditional. Presentation Room Equipment Each presentation room will be equipped with a projector and laptop computer. Please bring your presentation on a USB or pen-drive. Delegates are requested to arrive at the venue during the Registration period so that their presentation can be uploaded to the laptop computer. Session Timings Delegates will have 15 minutes available for their presentation, followed by a 5 minute Question & Answer session. The Session Chair is responsible for time management and delegates will be notified how much time they have remaining during the presentation. Session Chair Delegates who wish to take on the role of a Session Chair can nominate themselves on the Registration Form. The Session Chair will receive confirmation prior to the conference. |
